The hotel was centrally located which was perfect for my short stay. The only fault with my stay was the towels provided. They were not ALL clean and fresh which was a huge disappointment.
Comfortable room and parking not too far away. Drop luggage before going to the car park. A few steps to get to reception. Park in the side street whilst doing this.
Staff were very helpful and friendly. Great location, and great room.
Awesome find with perfect staff who seem to enjoy working there. Everything is different from as you would expect in a hotel. Detail is everywhere. Well done.
Convenient location. Rooms very quiet. Staff went out of way to be helpful.
Property in good location handy, all Manchester accessible from here. Rooms pleasant enough. Shower a little dated but ok. Didn’t have breakfast or use bar facilities
Room was clean and well equipped for our stay. Beds were comfortable and street noise was low. Other guests were noisy returning to their rooms during night.
Service was great. Specially the night shift staff were very, very helpful and kind. I would return based on service. The room is basic, the washroom however dissapointing. It smelled really bad (there is no fan, so all the moisture gets trapped in). The AC didnt work either. But service was so good, ...
Clean room, modern. No dressing gowns or slippers in room. Minimal toiletries. Room has a safe, ironing board and iron, tea/coffee and biscuits. Good location near Piccadilly station. Recommend.
