I found it was very dusty and in dining room the floor was still covered with bits from the day before , our stay was ok and the staff were helpful and pleasant but I don’t think we’ll stop there again

Great location. Room was nice, although we would have preferred a more conventional shower room and toilet. Main dissatisfaction was with the greeting on arrival. Initially, there was no one on reception. When someone did arrive, we expected a “ how may I help you” welcome but received a couldn’t be bothered “Yes!”

Welcoming and friendly. Attractive place, comfortable rooms. Your under a flight path from Manchester airport with planes taking off every 15 minutes or so but it didnt bother us. We slept soundly.

Great property in Cheadle in a park setting. When booking you may choose to call the property to see if there’s a party booking as this may delay a quiet nights rest. The staff are great ad would recommend prebooking breakfast at the property and sitting out on the deck if weather permits. Easy to get around but car is a must.

Boutique Hotel

Lovely boutique hotel set in wonderful surroundings. Got to the hotel late and check in was smooth and staff were friendly. Only downside would be the noise from the planes which can’t be helped with the close proximity to the airport.
