Things I liked: the room was comfortable and quiet, despite its central location and the fact that there is currently a massive building site across the road. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Only two minor criticisms: there was no shower gel in the container in the bathroom, and the room ...
The best in manchester staff: i didn't experience better than this team Location: mid of everything Price: the best with this level of big and clean room
I like everything thank you ......................
Property was modern and of a good standard. Lighting wasn't very bright, particularly in the bathroom. I also really don't like shower curtains, I think screens are much more hygenic
Didn’t send us a confirmation email. We didn’t remember where we had booked or which company we booked with ( Expedia) so we booked another hotel at 330pm. At 730pm, we got the email saying how was check-in which allowed us to know where we were staying. Neither hotel or Expedia tried to email us ...
Convenient location. Rooms very quiet. Staff went out of way to be helpful.
Comfortable room and parking not too far away. Drop luggage before going to the car park. A few steps to get to reception. Park in the side street whilst doing this.
The staff are so helpful especially the Manager who helped us with our ticket problem ( we had left them at home ) he told us what to do! He went out of his way to help us! The roof terraces are fabulous ! The rooms are to die for 100 % all round !
Expedia, did not mention the fact that you had to pay £25 for parking, and £10 per person to use spa facilities!
