Have stayed at this hotel several times and I was impressed with the refurbishment that has taken place.we were given an upgrade to Business Class that meant we had a quieter room and also received a complimentary fruit platter and slightly later checkout time. All in all excellent service and felt ...
The location was absolutely perfect and the staff were very useful and attentive. The room was clean and just what we wanted. Would definitely stay again
Lovely hotel right in the centre of Manchester, great location. Had a lovely meal at Mr Coopers. Definitely recommend
Everyone very helpful. Requested Breakfast half an hour early on Sunday as running half marathon, not a problem.
Lovely hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Nice big rooms.
The room was very well kept and clean and we were very impressed with how quickly the stuff that we used like tea bags and milk was replaced. Overall the room was kept to a very high standard and we are very glad we chose Jurys Inn for our stay :)
Great location and well maintained hotel. Great service and was able to check in early
Lovely staff. Great clean well appointed room. Would stay there again
Malmaison is a quirky brand, and each room I have stayed in across 3 of their hotels has been different. I was particularly happy to have a Junior Suite in Manchester, as the additional space made for a far better, more comfortable experience.
