"I’ve stayed here many times with work and the only thing I have found which is not much of a problem just my preference is that they used to put hot chocolate in the coffee and tea caddy and for the last 4 stays they have now stopped it Nothing to moan about but it was a nicer option when they used to offer that as I’m a non tea/coffee person"

"Beautiful historic building in central Manchester. Large bedroom with a bathroom- bath and shower. Good breakfast- fried and scrambled eggs, but no vegetarian sausages, and rather limited cereals/continental spread. Helpful staff and good left luggage facilities."

"Great value deal. Close to the centre of the city. Easy access to public transportation. Large room with windows. Not very clean but it is acceptable. Seperated toilet and shower. Nice and helpful staff. But please be aware to bring yourself a kettle and a cup with you. The room does not offer any of these."

"Room was large walls and furniture a bit scuffed up. Free soft drinks in the mini bar was a nice touch. Was fine for a night. "

"Gorgeous hotel with spacious suites. Only issue is the hot water was tepid and the TV remote didn’t work. But it was very clean and cosy. The cafe where breakfast was served was very nice and good value breakfast. Well done!"

"Terrible beds"

"For the most part the staff were very helpful. I didn't the service received at the front desk/Reception area. I feel since they the first line of service at the hotel, it sets the tone of one's stay at the hotel. Unfortunately as result of that, I have no intentions of returning to the hotel."
