The views and having our own swimming pool was great. The concept of needing transportation to go anywhere in the resort not very convenient and time consuming. What was very disappointing was their travel agency. We rented a private yacht (Sonrisas) and they failed to notify us that the AC didn’t work and also that the whole 5 hours the yacht will have a terrible sewage smell.

Housekeeping every day would clean and tidy room so amazingly, the staff were super super friendly! The outdoor pools were beautiful but one entire huge pool was under renovation, so that was upsetting

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was nice and clean and all the safe was friendly. If you are looking for a place to relax with adults, I would highly recommend. If you want to visit the arches, it is about 25/30 minutes away.
