The hotel is beautiful and well maintained. The staff is friendly and ensures a smooth check-in. The complimentary breakfast was delicious as well as their cocktails. I would highly recommend this hotel and plan to return back.

Enchanted by the Beautiful grounds, surrounded by exquisite gardens full of lush vineyards. Poolside is a vibe, complete with cabanas. The views from our room felt very natural and intimate. The hospitality is of course outstanding, but we’re always greeted with the most pleasant and welcoming members and staff, as my wife Is always reminded of the beauty of their culture. Memorable Monents.. Would highly recommend 10/10!

The staff was friendly. The property was verry nice. But on my 3 day stay there the pool was only open for half a day. The TV in my room never worked. And the Wi Fi was spotty to say the least. I will never use Expedia again. I can tell you to watch out for there bait and switch on the dates you select.

We had a great time!! This is my our second time visiting and I noticed a difference from the last time we visited. More beautiful plants were planted, the lobby looked really nice and the staff was very helpful. I also enjoyed the included breakfast. Will definitely come back.

Loved every minute of my stay at Flores de Sal. The room is spacious and clean; the bed comfortable and the shower water is hot. Nice amenities like fridge and Nespresso machine, water and a large TV with multiple viewing options. The gratis breakfast is a wonderful touch. The pool and spa area is designed for relaxation and rejuvenation. Cruiser bicycles are available gratis for your enjoyment. Also, my dog was allowed to stay with me. The gym is small but useful. The staff are some of the friendliest people in the business. Finally, I love the security dogs who roam the property. So cute and comforting. One issue - and its temporary - exterior construction is still in progress forcing guests to park and walk on fine red dirt, which gets into everything. I was polite and left my shoes outside. But this too shall pass.

It's a beautiful property and the rooms and spacious, modern and very comfortable beds! Large shower and a balcony with a view I really enjoyed this property, during the summer time the pool must be nice to use! But during the cold months they do have a jacuzzi and they do turn it on upon your request, another thing to note is that there is construction going on and it could be noisy at times

Complimentary breakfast is chilaquiles and coffee (red better than green). There are other options for purchase. Food service for breakfast and lunch at the pool was very slow. But it was tasty. First day was given cold coffee. Was fixed. Room was very clean. The hotel is beautiful. Their replies via whatsapp are very fast. Pool and jacuzzi were nice.

I thought the hotel was very nice. It came with a basic breakfast and coffee, which was nice. Everything else was extra and the only thing I could probably say about the breakfast is they could’ve offered juice with it but it’s OK. The room was very comfortable. the pool was not heated, but the hot tub was nice and hot. The grounds were beautiful and everything was nice and clean the coffee maker in the room was exceptional. I enjoyed it very much.
