He said he can only do what he can with the supplies he was given. Very poor experience. The staff were super friendly, always with a smile and a “buenas Dias”. We ate at the on site restaurant several times; the weekend brunch had a wide variety of food: fresh fruit, juices, traditional Mexican breakfast foods, and omelet bar. Gabriel from the restaurant was SO friendly and warm. He explained the Mexican dishes and their flavors. He was a great host, explaining some of the history and traditions of special dishes, like pan muerta, which was delicious. He helped us navigate the city and gave us recommendations for where to go, how to get there, and things to do. The bed was comfortable, the towels were fluffy, and the air conditioning was cold. My only complaint was the late night noise. It was a party weekend, the Baja race was going on; not the hotel’s fault, but I will check the event schedule next time. Would definitely stay again.
