Everything is great, the staff the cleanliness and the facility. The only thing that would improve the stay would be to buy new pillows and new mattress of good quality and this hotel will be as great As the Hilton.

The best value for money to visit Ensenada. Centrally located and very close to main attractions, best fish tacos at two blocks! The staff so friendly and always responsive!! Definitively a place to comeback more times! And the stay come with a very good freshly cook breakfast!!

The staff are very great people, they go or or there way to make you feo comfortable. If i could change a few things, i would advise the hotel to buy new pillows and mattress and for the kitchen to play their music very low so they don’t wake up the other clientes who want to sleep late.

Clean rooms, the staff are willing to help you. And the room services from Gloria she was spectacular willing to go out our way to help you. But the food wasn’t that great, I got sick with a stomach virus.

My stay is always great. I love the staff there. Everyone is very friendly and they treat you like family and they are willing to make you feel like your at home. One thing that would make the hotel a 10 star hotel Is if the owners would buy new mattress. Other than that I love the rose hotel and their staff.
