There’s beach access and the little area is almost a semi-private beach area, which is great. However, nobody cleans your room during the days of your stay and I stay there for five days. The building is in a residential area and the neighboring homes have many dogs. Not terrible! Location was good. Overall space was great for my family size. Only complaint is that as far as linens and couches and chair cushions, everything was very worn and didn’t look clean. The only good thing about this spot is the location. There is no air conditioning at all so do NOT go when it's hot. They provide two regular fans and one was broken. Blew air but the head was broken so it was tilted. The walls have marks and paint is coming off. Most likely due to all the moisture from the beach but it looks really bad. The stove is disgusting. The fridge didn't even keep our food cold. The freezer was fine. It was so hot during the day we couldn't even be inside the house. Paid a lot per night to not even want to be inside. There are two gates to get onto the property and they are both broken so anyone can just walk in. There's a door to get onto the beach and it has no lock so anyone can come in from the beach. The area was safe, I had no issues but there was a lot of police activity since it's a busy street. I honestly feel like I got scammed. There is no TVs.
