We had an absolutely magical time at The Omnia. Zermatt is already an incredible destination — especially in mid-February — but what truly made our short vacation unforgettable was our stay at this exceptional hotel The Omnia!!
The property itself is beautifully modern, with high-quality amenities and a stunning room offering breathtaking views. Above all, the level of service was genuinely five-star. Every member of the team went above and beyond to make our stay seamless and memorable.

We stayed 3 nights to celebrate a special birthday. The staff, hotel and restaurant were first class and went out of their way to make our experience special. We took a taxi to Zermaat from a nearby town and the hotel sent a horse and carriage to collect us. The location of the hotel was fantastic for the wonderful town and for views of the Matterhorn from our room.

Very good value for money, close to the station. A nice modern building, slightly overlooked by nearby buildings but not a big issue. The balcony was relaxing. Excellent soundproofing, good shower pressure, adequate breakfast. Staff were helpful. Highly recommended.

What a fabulous hotel. Beautifully designed with great attention to design detail. Superb location, very comfortable rooms. We unfortunately didn’t have time to use the spa but it looked lovely. One minor point was that the bath towels were a bit on the small side, which was slightly at odds with the general opulence of the hotel. The staff were charming, capable and friendly.
