Highly recommend! Everything was exemplary. Pre-trip communication and response time was incredible. The staff went above and beyond to help with every detail of our stay. The manager made it a point to introduce himself when we arrived. The room was 10/10, and the location is as good as it gets in Zermatt. Views of the town and the Matterhorn were breathtaking. I have been to Zermatt multiple times, and going forward, we will definitely be staying at The Omnia. However, this hotel the Omnia was the BEST stay ever. Attention to detail in beautiful design (architecture, furnishings, even the soap dish which looks like TBM- Tunnel Boring Machine- and attentive service were totally exceptional. Now I am staying at Park Hyatt Zürich and it looks so ugly compared to the Omnia. They don’t have any fundamental philosophy about creating a space. At the Omnia, I made a last minute appointment for the spa, and they made it happen. Phillip noticed I was near the lobby and he ran to tell me the appointment was actually created. Pool and spa area were gorgeous and relaxing. The library with the fireplace was a nice touch. Their collections of art books was better than New York public library. I learned how the design affects humans while staying at the Omnia. Life and living can be a theee dimensional (or four) art. Thank you so much for giving me the opportunity to stay there! Every detail was thoughtout and the staff reaching out to me to help with getting to the property from train station was just a blessing after a long travel time. They made the effort at using my name the entire time. Welcomed with a drink and parted ways with chocolate...damn, so good. The views, the vibe and aesthic choices of the property, the center of town location, the people, the mountains, etc...again, I can't say enough. Zermatt was incredible but the hotel ameneties made it difficult to leave sometimes. I would leave early morning to explore and when I started back to the hotel I was equally eager to discover the property again and again.
