"Clean room, Friendly Staff, Good Breakfast. Biggest issue for me was that the room was hot. Prior to booking I called holiday inn and they claimed that this hotel has A/C. Upon arrival, the front desk staff informed us they use some kind of green energy method for A/C and it would take 30 minutes to cool down. I set it to the coldest setting. The room never cooled down. Green method doesn’t work. If they had usable A/C I wouldn’t hesitate to come back. Unfortunately we were too hot all night...

"We were visiting Zermatt for the day so we decided to park our camper van. Well we felt like a real bed and a shower and this hotel did not disappoint! The bedding was so comfortable. The rain shower was a dream! And the heated floors were lovely. Also so close to train station! And wishhhh we hadn’t already eaten dinner because the Italian restaurant looked incredible.
