Its about a 10 minute tiring (!) walk - Technically you can ski in/out but its not that easy. I'd say its important you have snowchains or snow tyres as its a high resort and if it snows you will need them.Martijn responds quickly to resolve anything and offer advise as needed,We as a family of 5 with kids aged 16, 18 and 20 were just about ok in this apartment.This is a good option if you are considering staying in Cervinia.
