The decor is stylish and comfortable. The staff is amazing. Our room has a balcony with the Matterhorn view. We love the breakfast and the spa. The spa is very interestingly designed and it’s free for the guests. The staff stored our luggage for us, when we arrived earlier than expected. The welcome tea was a wonderful surprise, and the breakfast was great. the room was beautiful, and very clean. My kids loved the use of the hot tub and cold plunge. Easily walkable from the train station, and great location downtown!! The hotel is beautiful and located near shops and restaurants (walking distance). The rooms are super cozy. The spa is included in the price of the room and it is about experiencing the creation. Our room had a terrific view of the Matterhorn. The staff were very courteous and the included breakfast was sufficient. The air conditioning lacked power to cool the room in the heat of summer but it was better than no A.C at all.
