The breakfast buffet included was nice and so was the spa access inclusion for guests. The room, was ok. Beds were comfortable. The complaint is in the layout of the room - it’s small and there is no privacy from the bathroom to the bedroom which makes it uncomfortable if you’re staying with others. The patios are very close to one another and that also makes it very uncomfortable if you have people who smoke staying next to you. The deck outside of our room felt unsafe to be on, it definitely needs to be repaired before someone gets hurt and the room air conditioning was the worst I’ve experienced for the price I payed for the hotel. We had booked for two nights but got hit with an incredible, once in a century, snowstorm. This led to nearly 2 days of no electricity and three days of no trains leading to us needing to stay four nights instead.
