Very clean room and seemed newly renovated floor and bathroom with a deep tub and the bed for a youth is excellent and can be put out to the 3rd bed for a family of 4\. Really basic , however location is good. If you are looking for a refrigerator or coffee maker in your room, you won't get it. It is located right in the center of town, which was perfect for us.
