The resort claims to be all-inclusive, but there’s a noticeable class system in many areas, which takes away from the experience. Staff were a mix—some very kind, but overall service didn’t feel truly all-inclusive. Expect frequent and aggressive pitches for expensive long-term memberships. Nightly entertainment felt repetitive. Food was especially disappointing for vegetarians, and we even encountered rancid ingredients once at “She” restaurant. Pool seating is also heavily tiered, which felt unusual compared to other resorts. Overall, not the all-inclusive experience we expected." We waited in line for about an hr, and im not exaggerating. I payed through expedia for a ocen view room. I had the pool view with a sliver of ocen view, they said as long as you can see the ocean, its ocean view. Staff told me if i wanted ocean view i would have to pay for a ocean front room. After i pleaded my case the manager did put me at 50% ocean view. The rooms, pool and building was clean and the staff was nice. The gym is very limited, but i was glad they had dumbells and a bench. We only had the breakfast package and the food was good. Checkout was fast. Just make sure you choose ocean front if you wana see the full ocean view.
