"It is a very busy hotel and they checked us in right away and gave me a free upgrade. I had reserved a twin room but they gave us a large bed which wasn't what I had wanted. But we made it work. The room was large, clean, and there was plenty of tea bags. This may be more of a complaint about hotel room design but I wish nice hotels would stop trying to get interesting with bathroom doors. The frosted glass door is amusing but the slight gap at the bottom sure makes using the toilet feel less than private. Why??? I would say using the lifts is a bit too high tech. I feel like tech bros got involved and not anyone familiar with customer service. Other than that, a lovely stay near a tube station. "

To put the size of my room in to perspective.....i couldnt dry my hair properly because of the wall! It was OK. It was clean-ish (do not hold the duvet up to the light). But for the money, i expected better. "
