"The accommodations were excellent and the staff at the front desk, especially Daniel and the bellman, especially Tomas made our stay amazing. Timothy in the Thames room for tea was fantastic. However, the housekeeping got a little creepy as all of our stuff got touched, moved every time they came in. The servers in the River were rude, obnoxious and over the top in waiting on us. "We had a brief stay here and it was a convenient location to walking around oxford street. The hotel is cute and quiet and the room has a lot of charm and interesting touches. We got the room with the sit-in area by the window, which was lovely even though we didn't get a chance to sit there. The black out shades are so effective that we had no idea it was 10:30am when we woke up and thought it was still before sunrise! Rainfall showers were so lovely too. "
