In the 'Gin Palace' the guy they call Mark (from Bangladesh) was my favourite bar man. A cool guy! However all of the staff were great and extremely fiendly. They all made me feel so welcome. I'm coming back in November 2019 and much of that is down to the wonderful service - 5 x *****

The receptionist is rude obnoxious and scary. She is not keen to listen and no costumer service at all. i do not recommend to stay in this ghastly place .
