"I arrived at the property it looked like a residential house. I knocked on the door several times nobody answered. I phoned the premises and nobody answered the phone. There was only residential parking I tried knocking and phoning again and eventually got moved on by an unsympathetic traffic warden. I am asking for a refund because I didn’t get to stay at Cleveland Park House."

"When we arrived we were greeted by the incredibly rude staff that yelled at me and my girlfriend about how they were refusing to give me a room. I tried to tell the staff that i had a booking and that we needed the room, but was told to cancel the booking and that they would not take us. As we are 2 queer women it made us feel incredibly unsafe and threatened that we were refused a room by this man who then kicked us out into the dark streets of London. We were sober, it was late at night and we had thin clothes on so the streets were cold. Very happy that we got refunded, but do not book this hotel as they might not give you your room... "
