"Property itself was nice but dated. Looks like they completed a make over but failed to add additional charging outlets in the rooms. The electrical outlet that were located were being used by lamps. outlets and switches were either falling apart or simply broken. Property did not have a children's swimming pool area per sea. It's an older property but very well maintained. Food was to be desired I would give the food a poor rating with very limited choices to make despite it being a buffet style. Staff was friendly and helpful."

Special thanks to: Miguel at La Hacienda as he went above and beyond to bring our son peanut butter every day at breakfast. Every morning he gave us a big friendly smile. He truly is an asset to the hotel!!! Israel at Family Selection for asking what he could do to make our holiday even better and offering additional perks. The food is awesome, and the rooms and physical facility are well serviced/maintained. It has one of the nicest beaches in Mexico. "It was beautiful. Pool freezing cold. But it’s the time of year. Pool outside of room was so cold we couldn’t get in it. People were amazing. Sea weed was hard. Food delightful. "

"Everything was nice. Arrived at night around 9pm. They welcomed us home, and gathered the is the luggage. Off we went on resort cart. Beautiful lit pathway, line with palm trees. Welcome, sash on the door. checked in with preferred club members and the festivities began. Served premium drinks. The next 3 days were wonderful, the all inclusive package was definitely a deal. Food was pretty good.Room was very nice. Dual balconies, by the pool, an our ocean view. Staff was very nice. Rooms were kept very clean. We recommend the excursion package to the cenotos and snorkeling "
