"Elevator was beyond slow which wouldn’t be a big deal if we didn’t have a stroller and luggage. Front desk Staff wasn’t friendly or inviting. Room had crappy views and was nothing like the pictures shown really. Not worth the money in my opinion."

"This is the perfect location to explore Chinatown. Everything is within a few blocks walk. The hotel was perfectly clean, and the staff was great. We had a problem getting our air conditioning to come on, and they were up to our room in 10 minutes to fix the issue. Absolutely would stay here again. "

"This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences of my life. The property condition is dated and not aligned with the photos. The towels had visible stains on them. The coffee maker has and old and used pod in it. The bathtub was clogged then my room wasn’t cleaned on a two night stay. I’d highly recommend any travels to avoid this property at all cost. Then to charge a destination fee of $25 per day but run out of food choices a breakfast is incredibly. Id describe this as a historic property that is not in alignment with the travel of the future. "
