"We enjoyed our stay. We have been to 15+ all inclusive resorts. This one is really nice and I feel like it was a really good value. The beach does not have blue hotel zone water. It is like most of the beaches in the area south of cancun. The room was vey nice. The food was good and the options were plentiful. The resort is large enough to feel like resort and not just a hotel, but not so big that you have to take transportation to get around and need maps to find everything. The rooms and grounds are clean and well maintained. The pools were clean and fun. Our kids liked the Explorers Club. It was a great vacation! "

"We enjoyed our stay in the Indigo Preferred section of the property. We especially enjoyed the Indigo Preferred rooftop pool. We did not like the Preferred level pool as much as it was back off the beach and there was no breeze. Food overall was very good and we never had to wait long for a table. The Preferred Lounge area was a great place to go for bites to eat from morning to night and had a nice bar. We would definitely visit this resort again."
