"I really loved my stay here. Although the decor is a bit tired, the staff, food and the general feeling is great. When the sun is shining the pool area is so peaceful. I sat on my balcony watching parakeets in the trees, the mountains and the sunset. It’s a steep walk into town (takes about 25 mins and would be a struggle if you had a pram or mobility issues), but taxis are easy to find. The deposits for kettles and irons etc is annoying. I can’t believe there isn’t tea and coffee in a 4 star...

"Overall the stay was good and it gives us exactly what we’re looking for. The only negative thing was the treatment from a receptionist who was rude because we left our room 30’ later than the checkout time without considering that the last night the clock went forward and the alarm didn’t ring."

"The room was amazing, the staff were helpful and very nice and the hotel was great! One elevator didnt work which was an inconvenience but not too bad for us, and the breakfast was always the same. These are the only downsides, but i would definitely come back."

"This hotel really needs to sort its food out. The facilities are dated and some of the staff have an attitude problem (except the dining room staff who are lovely), all inclusive runs 11am till 11pm and Entertainment is really poor quality. All of this could be forgiven as it is only 3* if it could sort its meals out! Breakfast is ok, same every day but there is always something to eat. Lunch and dinner have tinned soup in a tureen, salad (lovely and fresh!) and then a real mixture which...
