"I enjoyed my stay at the hotel . The staff were all friendly and welcoming during my stay . The rooms were cleaned daily and the towels were changed each day . There was a wide choice of options at breakfast and dinner. One evening guests at the option of a sushi station. Good value for money, I was HB so paid for drinks with dinner each evening. They accept cash or card . Or you can upgrade to the drinks package. The entertainment was fair, bingo was a favourite with many guests as well as live shows. The World Cup tournament was on during my stay and the matches were shown in the lounge or select matches were on the local TV. There were several local bars showing all the games. I would return to the hotel again ."

"We got the all inclusive package and the staff was consummating to my friend that is gluten free. The staff is not all bilingual if you do not speak any Spanish. The hotel was nice. There is no AC in the summer just heat. The heated pool was not warm. Pools were fairly dirty. We loved the location and the meals. Breakfast ends a little early but overall it was very convenient and well worth the money"

It’s spacious, never felt overcrowded, and offers great views. There’s also a bar nearby, which makes it easy to relax during the day. Food was decent but not exceptional. Breakfast had a good variety, but dinners could feel repetitive after a few days. If you’re staying longer, I’d recommend exploring local restaurants in town for more variety and authentic Canarian food. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay, always willing to assist with directions or general questions.
