4.8/5 Exceptional! (463 reviews)
"Suites that are more like small apartments with a hotel wrapper. So you get all the benefits of a hotel but your own space too. The staff were very friendly and service was really quick should you need anything. Gorgeous balcony and sea views, comfy bed, huge bathroom and we had breakfast brought ..."

4.4/5 Wonderful! (263 reviews)
"Lovel hotel. We had a two bedroom apartment, which was spacious and well equipped. The balcony was huge and there were sun longers and an outdoor dining table. The sea views were stunning. The apartment we stayed in was a little dated and would have been the original 80s kitchen and shower room...though ..."

4.1/5 Very Good! (192 reviews)
"The hotel is lovely as were the staff, the food in the buffet restaurant is good and has plenty of choice. The outdoor saltwater pool is a lovely temperature, there are lent of sunbeds to go around. one little niggle is that you cannot use the spa facilities even when all inclusive."
"Amazing hotel, 8 pools, shows every night, very nice rooms. What we didn’t like is that we had to commit 180€ from the pool bar for using the pool bed and they charge 2€ Just for calling the waitress. But overall 5* !!"

We stayed 8 days in the hotel and the experience was very positive. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast was great, lots of options and high quality. The dinning options in the hotel were great, great food and good service.
The rock spa circuit is amazing, 3 whirlpools, sauna.
Location is great, you can drive in 15 mins to Siam Park, to Caleta, to Puerto Colón, etc.
Entertainment through the day was fun and diverse but not overwhelming, just the right amount.
The bedrooms are comfortable and spacious.
The pool opens until 10 am and closes at 7 pm.
The area close to the hotel is in good state but it has many non-native souvenir stores with fake merchandise.
The mattress and pillows are not the most comfortable ones.
