Food wasn't 5 star, not a lot of choice, especial if you have any allergies etc.

Cuisine very poor queues to food counters / waiting on table / poor food choices/ lack of coffee cups lot of things not right ...Area sleeping with no night life or anything to do for couples

Virtually perfect. everything as advertised. Got an airport pickup and arrived at midnight and the check in was flawless. Very friendly people. Big room, kitchen well equipped. Bed was comfortable. Very quiet place. Supermercado for groceries just up the street. Never used the pool but many did. ...

Close to airport- quick transfer and you're ready to start your holiday Disappointing that check in not till 2pm- apartment probably ready but no opportunity for earlier entry

Apart from a late check-in everything was fine, room, food, staff, location, noise so just the job to be honest. Only possible comment I would say is the pools are very cold for families.

Nice, clean if a bit basic accommodation, walking distance to old town and Plaza del Charco, good value for money 💰

This hotel is special. From the moment you arrive you feel special. This is my second time staying here and I will be back. The staff make this place. 5 Star treatment all the way.

Excellent location, friendly staff. Food was ok but I preferred eating in the local restaurants nearby
