"Our accomodation was not available, we placed elsewhere for 2 days with a promise our booked accomodation would be available after 2 days. We were then placed in another accomodation that was not what we booked and was very poor and did not represent anything like what was is advertised. We had to turn this down and agreed a refund of just the 5 days. The refund then was lower due to deducting both VRBO's commission and a second agents commission at a much higher percentage."

"Communication and check in process was seamless.. The apartment was spacious comfortable clean and tidy.. Just be aware that there is virtually zero english television to watch and thr reception is patchyas the wiring is not the best..The wifi is very very good... The main issue for us is location it is very close to the main TF1 motorway so the noise can be horrendous.. The orlando complex itself is in a great location."

"The staff are very nice and food/breakfast are very good. We arrived really late on our first day, but they save us food to have that night, very much appreciate it. Lots of choices with your breafast and you can have as much as you can. The rooms have aircon and quite spacious. You have options to cook, but we avail halfboard with reasonable price with lots of choices. You have gymn, tennis court etc to enjoy during your stay. Swimming pools are clean. I highly recommend it for those who wants to stay in Tenerife."

"Centrally located in old city, 5mins from train station. Plenty restaurants. Breakfast on the roof was nice. But, beware, also on roof is a busy noisy bar, frequented by locals. Lots of noise early in the morning from Housekeeping on rooftop."

"The property is close to the sea, you can get a beach view especially if you are staying in the top floors. We got buffet style breakfast included (food options include eggs, sausages, fruit, ham and cheese selection, pastries, drinks, veggies). The pool was clean and the property had entertainment activities every night. We upgraded to half board after the first day so we got buffet dinner as well which included cooked meats, pasta, fries, cheese and ham platters, fruit, deserts and ice cream, and drinks include both soft drinks and wine and beer. The room was great and clean no complaints and it had a balcony with a great view to both the sea and the mountains. Rooms had air conditioning, mini fridge and kettle. You can store your luggage there after check out. Good value for money."
