Would 100% stay here again! We did 4 nights and upon check-in we were offered the crown services package, an extra €20 per person per night for unlimited soft drinks, alcohol, own private area and late check-out. It was a no brainer and 100% worth it. Staff were amazing, food was great, hotel immaculate! Loved the fact that it was adults only too, super relaxing break and we will definitely book again!

Beautiful location with very attentive staff. The one downside was when we upgraded to Crown service & I would say it really was not worth it … the difference in service between normal and crown service was incredibly minimal for such a big price difference.. that I would not recommend. However! Both breakfast and dinner was delicious with sooo many options! Would stay again just would not upgrade.

Beautiful hotel well maintained. Reception staff were so helpful and friendly. Bar staff not as friendly came across quite miserable and didn't make you feel welcome. Breakfast and lunch were ok. We had the dinner buffet on our first night and found it to be very poor for a 5 star hotel. Overall the hotel is beautiful, lovely views from our balcony and well maintained. We found the hotel too quiet for us and for that reason we wouldn't return.

Overall our experience was good, you need to be prepared to take a taxi or walk about 30 to 40 minutes to the center of the attractions., like cafe, restaurants, beach, etc.

Hôtel récemment rénové. Très beau mobilier. Personnel agréable et serviable, certains parlent français.Le restaurant est bon. La qualité de la literie excellente. Pas de parking mais stationnement facile à proximité. Nous avions réservé une suite junior au bord de la piscine : Emplacement idéal. Salle de sport agréable et bien équipée. Eau filtrée à volonté dans la salle de sport ouverte 24/24. Bar ouvert tard. Ambiance générale chaleureuse et très reposante. Piscine propre et transats toujours disponibles.

Fue un gran acierto elegir este hotel para nuestras vacaciones por el norte de Tenerife. El lugar es realmente espectacular, excelente para descansar y desconectar. Las habitaciones amplias y muy cómodas y todo el entorno es muy bello con toda la vegetación y las 2 piscinas en todo el centro súper cómodas. Cuenta con un amplio número de hamacas por lo que no tendrás ningún problema. El servicio es súper agradable desde servicio de limpieza, restaurante, cafetería, recepción, jardinería...todos súper amables. La calidad de la comida muy muy buena. Sin lugar a dudas para mí ha sido una estancia de 10 y repetiré seguro.

Pour une vacance d’une semaine, l’environnement est merveilleux. Belle présentation, les déjeuners étaient variés, copieux et délicieux. L’entretien journalier favorisait la détente autant dans les chambres que dans l’espace de la grande piscine. Le seul aspect négatif mais qui n’est absolument pas du ressort de l’hôtel, cette région au nord de Tenerife est assez nuageuse en juin. Beau séjour!
