"The hotel is really good! Breakfast is awesome. The dinner restaurants serve good food, but they could offer a wider variety of dishes. The rooms and all the facilities are super clean! The spa is also good, the pools are nice, although the gym is a little limited. Free parking is a big plus. Summary: A really nice hotel to relax and chill"

"Beautiful location with very attentive staff. The one downside was when we upgraded to Crown service & I would say it really was not worth it … the difference in service between normal and crown service was incredibly minimal for such a big price difference.. that I would not recommend. However! Both breakfast and dinner was delicious with sooo many options! Would stay again just would not upgrade."

"The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The rooms and overall hotel experience truly lived up to the standards expected of a 5-star property. Everything was beautifully maintained, and the service was outstanding. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others looking for a luxurious and memorable stay."

"We got the all inclusive package and the staff was consummating to my friend that is gluten free. The staff is not all bilingual if you do not speak any Spanish. The hotel was nice. There is no AC in the summer just heat. The heated pool was not warm. Pools were fairly dirty. We loved the location and the meals. Breakfast ends a little early but overall it was very convenient and well worth the money"
