Wow, Hotel Posada was a stunning and unique hotel! I had a wonderful stay here! The staff were so friendly and very helpful. I stayed in El Balcón which I loved! The room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. There is no aircon because of the age of the building but that wasn't an issue as the room was cool enough. The St Regis Mexico is the best hotel in Mexico City. The service is second to none and the facilities are outstanding. From the moment you come into the hotel you are made to feel special. The room is so nicely decorated and the gym and spa are sublime. I have stayed here for business and also recently took my partner there for a special occasion. Would strongly recommend it. Location wise the JW Marriott is better as more things around walking distance, but the hotel amenities themselves...

I'm impressed at how good this hotel was. Honestly and not to be demeaning I expected it to be not so good. The only thing I would change were the towels. Besides that everything was very good. Congrats to the owners. Even the so called luxury boutique in Puebla: "La Purificadora" should take some pointers from this hotel.

Everything was top notch, from the rooms to the staff and the place in general. If you want to isolate from the world in a secluded and beautiful environment this place is for you.

The location and the use of the gym and sauna is excellent

This place saved me after having spent three nights in an awful accomodation. Checking in was a bit complicated thanks to Expedia, but the hotel were so kind they saw how stressful it was an upgraded my room on the second day.

Perfect location close to the famous museum and opera, I got upgraded with an amazing view and the hotel room was just great after a long trip through the Dschungle,. Great hotel with very high standards and I loved the staff
