Very nice atmosphere Nice night shows Well maintained property

The wildlife was great, something to see everywhere. More activities between dinner and the nighttime show would be nice

Our bathroom sink needed maintenance because the drainer was working slowly but otherwise well clean

We love this resort. Can’t wait for next year!

If you guys do more activity in the afternoon would be better one more thing the fruits you have to improve more

Using Expedia got our group upgraded to the privilege status at this property, saving around $600 and providing us with multiple extra services. This included unique dining options, exclusive lounges, and services, like booking reservations for us. Overall, the stay was great, with only minor issues here and there, but nothing too serious. Service in some restaurants was a little slow, and some of the food could have been better, but most restaurants did not have that issue.

Clean rooms and great people and workers all around. The one thing that we found difficult was a lot of the restaurants were closed on different days leaving 1 or 2 places to eat at depending on the day. The food in general was pretty good, buffet had plenty of options. The other thing was the pools, You can only access 2 unless you are in the adults only side, then you can access all. There for 5 pools in total

We had a great stay at this resort, the property itself was beautiful and well maintained, and the staff were kind and attentive throughout our visit. Cleanliness was good across the rooms and common areas. The food was decent overall, not the best we've had at an all-inclusive, but far from the worst. One drawback was the limited pool options, with only two on-site and the hot tub above having very limited hours. The overall atmosphere skewed toward an older crowd and was quiet, with relatively few organized activities or events during the day. Good choice if you're looking for a relaxed, low-key trip, but less ideal if you want a lively scene or a packed activity schedule.

I enjoyed my time at the Royalton Rivera Cancun. The Staff, Food, Pool was great, Uncomfortable cannot say if I will stay again. Because of the ants in the room. Housekeeping came to room TWO time to clean up the ants. But I continually to see ants every day of my stay. That was not uncomfortable.

Nice resort do wish the food was hotter other wise great older resort food was great though

I had the best time at the property. I will definitely go again
