Beautiful resort!! Food was pretty good! Great for your family. Not good for singles, but everything was great! I would stay again.

Overall, we had a memorable trip, but there were definitely some highs and lows. Unfortunately, Esteban nearly ruined part of our experience. His behavior felt classist and inconsistent. As Latinos vacationing in Mexico, it was disappointing to feel judged based on appearance. I wore Birkenstock sandals to every meal prior without issue, yet he turned us away at Bordeaux because of them. After changing and returning, we watched him allow multiple guests in wearing open-toed sandals no dressier than mine. The inconsistency and treatment left a bad impression. On a much more positive note, Isidro was incredible. He went above and beyond to help my friend manage her gluten allergy—checking in daily, remembering her preferences, and making her feel comfortable and cared for. The only issue she experienced during the trip was at the teppanyaki restaurant, where she was accidentally served regular soy sauce and became ill. That aside, Isidro’s attentiveness made a huge difference. Tito absolutely made our mornings! He is an amazing person—so warm, attentive, and genuinely joyful. Whether at breakfast or lunch, he always took great care of us and made the effort to connect with us. He truly stands out. The entertainment staff were also fantastic. Arlene and Evelin were my girls, and Johnny is my boy for life! They brought so much energy and fun to every day and really enhanced the overall experience. And a huge shoutout to Victor Martinez, hands down the best poolside server!

Really excellent service- great place and friendly staff

Everyone was wonderful, my family and I had an awesome time couldn’t imagine a better place to vacation with family. The pool was perfect for my wife who is handicapped. It took very little effort for her to get in and out and the staff was very accommodating to our needs. My only complaint is handicap accessibility. We were able to make it work but getting around the resort took a little planning and taking different routes to meet up at the pool and dining with our family.

Everything related to the installations were fine, however in the past 5 years ago they had better conditions. I.E. Towels with higher quality, more dinks in the room, they reduce their quality on these topics only.

We had an amazing stay at this resort and truly enjoyed every moment. The food was excellent, the restaurants were great, and everything was kept spotless. The staff was outstanding—always attentive, friendly, and ready to take care of any request. The pool area was beautiful, and we especially loved the lazy river. Overall, it’s a very luxurious and relaxing place, and we would be more than happy to return again.

Everything is top notch , only concern that there is not enough chairs on the beach , if you not taking your seat at 7 am you out of luck , main pool is the same , there is room for more chairs umbrellas on both , had to wake up early to get a spot , super inconvenient
