The hotel charges a high price for what it actually offers. Access to the restaurants is restricted; you can only go three times, and the food is terrible. The buffet is just as bad and uninspired. The waiters prefer to serve white guests; if you are Hispanic, you will be served later, even if you arrived first. For what you're going to pay there, you have better options at other resorts.

Sales desks were set up right at each elevator access point to enter the lobby/food area. You were constantly pestered to "upgrade" your trip, do excursions, get massages, etc. Even after saying no and staying firm, they called your hotel room, left things under your door, and constantly asked when you got there and when you were leaving. Some sales pitch always happened. It was awful.
The pool area isn't much and most of the entertainment was either water aerobics or karaoke. Food was mediocre. The app to reserve dinner never worked and the restaurants were closed almost everyday. I definitely wouldn't stay here again.
