Fabulous all inclusive resort. Everything is clean and up to date. Staff was extremely friendly. Food was well above average for this type of resort. After being a twenty + year fan of Sandals resorts, I do not think we will return to them after visiting this resort. This is our new place for the foreseeable future. If you have any interest in history or archaeology, I highly recommend an excursion to Chichen Itza. Just be prepared for the heat and humidity.

The resort is nice but caters to their preferred guest. If you don't want to buy any extras during your stay the staff is less helpful/accommodating

Our stay at this hotel was amazing! The food was great, and the staff went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable. The kids had so much fun, and there were plenty of activities for everyone to enjoy. The resort restaurants offered delicious meals, although the buffet could use some improvement. The rooms were very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The beach was beautiful and, most importantly, swimmable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The spa experience was excellent, especially the hydrotherapy and massage services. Overall, we had a wonderful vacation and will definitely be returning!

Very nice

The buffet was awesome and changed daily. The wildlife was amazing and everywhere...we saw several different species of birds and fish. We saw Caotis and Pacas ...a Caotis joined us for lunch on day....Very cool . Lots of iguanas. We had a visit on our balcony from spider monkeys. The rooms are very spacious and we loved the little treats left by the hotel staff daily. The pools are massive and the swim up bars were great. The beach was pristine and since it was in a cove we didn't have to deal with the red seaweed issue that many other resorts had to deal with. The Boat house is a wonderful place to have breakfast or lunch with pristine views and delicious food. The beach has several cabanas to enjoy the beachy weather and relax. They have different shows every night on their stage. The shops that were at the resort were very fair with their prices and there's always a deal to be made. The hotel staff from front desk/guest services to every wait staff and cleaning staff couldn't be friendlier. This place is awesome and amazing and we can't wait to go back again!!!!

Great place for the family!

Im surprised when i got there, the whole place smeels like sewer. My husband was showering and the water turn off. The food wasn't great, I got a stomach bug. In the room everything looks old, not sure if it's racoon or what type of animal but our friends left there balcony door open and it came in empty out a makeup and left. I feel its a big resort, ample space and they can do alot better, especialy start by renovating, go and taste all the chefs food, make changes, improve, improve, improve until things change. For the money spent there you are better off in another dreams resort or go to cancun instead. 40 of us was there and non of us will ever go back to this one.
