Property was kept clean. Staff were helpful with any questions I had about the area. Food was actually pretty good even though I am picky. Beach was amazing. One downfall was the hot tub and pools closed fairly early.

Beautifully updated room, staff was extremely welcoming and friendly. Food was excellent. Gym and spa areas were clean and spacious. I would highly recommend the Wyndham Grand Cancun.

Need more options for breakfast, if you’re not a preferred club guest you can only eat at the buffet, the buffet is very limited. They have an omelette station but as someone who eats eggs everyday, there were times I couldn’t get eggs & didn’t have time to wait in line for an omelette. Rooms were very clean, they have a turn down service at night where they put your slippers & mat next to your bed, they check if you have towels, and take all the throw pillows off your bed. We also felt that the entertainment at night was lacking, they need more live shows, bring in more local artists, etc. We are used to entertainment on stages & having a lively night club to go dancing at so we did find ourselves getting a bit bored. However it was a great place to relax. We were always able to find a spot on the beach. Day time entertaining was fun, we played volleyball, dominoes & blackjack. This resort was probably one of the nicest ones in Cancun, great if you want to go to bed early & relax. Room service was great, good options. Our fav restaurant was Olio, the Mediterranean. If you’re preferred club guest then that’s the only other spot you can have breakfast aside from the buffet. Loved the coffee bar, the swim up bar at the pool & the spa was so nice, massages were great! All in all we had a good time, just a few things we would’ve changed.

Everything was very good

Property is a little older but very well maintained. The pool needs to be re plastered. A lot of very rough areas.
