"This All Inclusive Resort is serious about "all inclusive." I was pleased that the price includes tips, although we did leave tips for certain staff who gave exceptional service. Also, they do not require you to sign for anything. Just leave your papers and money in the safe and enjoy the resort. Also, there was also a noticeable lack of private vendors working the Beach. My only negative is that the hot water rarely reached my fifth floor room, but that was not a big deal since a cool or warm shower was perfect after time in the Sun. Highly recommend this Resort for Couples and families with older children."

This creates a better experience for us the customer. Everyone has a such a welcoming aura and vibe which made it very hard for us to leave the last day.
