"My phone line was disconnected during our stay so I had to come downstairs for service. When I requested toilet paper they told me to go back to my room and they would bring it but they did not so I had to come back down again and another staff member assisted me immediately. So some staff members provided better service than others."

"One of the best experiences my partner and I have had in Mexico! The staff was super cordial and always on hand when needed. The hotel itself is 15 minutes away from basically everything we wanted to do, so it was in a great location. Also, the bar had some fantastic drinks made by Anthony and Ken, who were both amazing.
