Hotel is beautiful and located near everything walking distance. The parking is also very convenient and the staff was amazing upon our arrival and the we also received two coupons for a complimentary beer. We will definitely be back.

This is a fairly new hotel and feels as such. As nice as the view is to have an all glass corner room, the noise from nearby clubs required me to sleep with your plugs in. I think going for a different side of the hotel or an even higher room might help with the noise, but honestly, the view was worth it. I love the location of this hotel as it is pretty centrally located. It is also right on Revolution Avenue so there are plenty of things to do right outside the door. I hope to have an excuse to come back to TJ soon and stay here again.

We had a great stay at Hotel Indigo Tijuana and it definitely exceeded our expectations! Great service from the moment we pulled up, with convenient valet parking and a parking garage. They even welcomed us with complimentary champagne, which was such a nice touch! The location was perfect, our room was clean and comfortable, and the city views from our room were beautiful. We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely come back. Highly recommend!

New hotel great location with many restaurants shopping coffee within walking distance. No driving needed. With a view room know you will have the noise of the clubs . Staff is very friendly. Valet only parking so be ready to exit vehicle in front of hotel curbside unloading luggage carts are available.

Nice hotel. Clean and in a good location. However, the windows and thin! I am taking thiner than mine at home!! The music from the street below, 7 STORIES DOWN , went on until 3am and the windows were useless against it! The sun bakes through them in the day and cool at night! Remember that this is a brand new purpose built hotel! The buffet breakfast wasn’t much to celebrate so I ordered off the menu. Eggs Benedict took 30 minutes to arrive and was cold. I mentioned it as I was leaving and the hostess apologized. No offer was made to correct the issue. I have been watching them build this hotel for a few years now and was looking forward to an enjoyable stay. Plenty of quality hotels in Tijuana, so look around.

The hotel is very cute. Checking in was easy and fast, and the room was very nice, very comfortable, spacious, and clean. All the essentials I needed were there. I would give it a 10/10 and would definitely have to go back soon.

Honestly this property was SUPERB. 9/10 The cleanest hotel Iv stayed in. Everything from the carpeting, bathroom appliances, furniture. SO clean so new feeling it was immaculate! The staff was SOOO nice from the second we arrived. Not even steps from the front door luggage assistance was offered, valet and bellman were fabulous , check in process was easy, bar and restaurant on property was superb. the Only downside why 9/10 instead of 10/10 was that it is directly in the heart of TJ night scene. Yes, if you want to be walking distance from bars/night scene this is great. Music however pumpin through the windows till about 4am each night. For me it almost felt like white noise and I’m a heavy sleeper so able to sleep through seemelessly. Hotel staff also offers pretty decent ear plugs from the start which is great. But if you are looking for a quiet hotel after hours, or are a light sleeper, maybe not the best fit. But bringing a sound machine for sleep at night would work well too! But everything else was amazing!! Would return back if back visiting TJ
