"Great customer service, cleanliness and all extra touches. Only drawback was size of rooms - difficult to move about with 2 people and minimal luggage only!"

We booked a double room with a shared bathroom, the room itself was lovely and we were left out some complimentary organic chocolate and home made hot sauce. There was a lounge area open 24/7 with an honesty bar (self service) plus free tea and coffee. We didn't have any food while staying so I can't comment on the breakfast. Probably the best hotel I've stayed in which has nailed the balance of cost vs. quality. I would recommend staying here to anyone if you need somewhere to stay on a budget...

The Belgrave Hotel never lets us down. We have stayed here a few times over the past few years and it is always a great experience. The staff are all lovely and nothing is too much trouble for them, the rooms are spotlessly clean with everything you need for a break away and breakfast is spot on. I always highly recommend this hotel to family and friends

We would definitely stay again. Room was very well equipped & spacious.
Only two things letting it down. Black mould in the shower (wasn’t loads but noticeable straight away) needs keeping on to off. Then I dropped my ring and went under the bed… the build up of dust was crazy - obviously the bed had not been moved in a very long time. But it’s not something I go looking for nor would I expect a housekeeper to bust their back moving the bed in each room - especially if they are cleaning on...

Professional and personable check in and check out. The hotel is relatively basic, but very clean and well run. Larger room than expected and very quiet for central London. Will stay again.

We discovered once into our room that the bed was not a king size bed as booked so went downstairs to ask why. The initial response was that the bed was as booked but measurements prices otherwise. I spoke to Quentin the manager on duty and he was amazing. He apologised for the mistake and moves us to another room, bigger room, and provided a drink voucher each and breakfast. This was over and above what I was expecting as just the change in room would have been enough… Quentin went over and...

Great location, nice room we had a side view of the docks. The room is a little dated but clean and beds amazing. We had breakfast which was well worth extra money good selection and very tasty.

This was our second stay at The Rembrandt and we really couldn't fault it. It's now our go to hotel when we're in the area, one of the best we've stayed in in London.

Perfect location, with Bank and Monument tube stations nearby (links to almost all tube routes), from arrival to departure the staff cannot do more for you, very pleasant room with all necessary amenities and lovely decor, coffee shop and restaurant in the hotel, this hotel is a true gem and we would like to stay there every time when we visit London.

On arrival we were greeted by staff & offered fruit, water, sweets. We were made to feel most welcome. Room was a bit small but we only used it to sleep & shower as we were out sight seeing everyday. Room was cleaned & restocked everyday and although the bed was a little bit to hard for my wife’s liking they offered to change rooms but we declined and a extra quilt on top of mattress was enough. We didn’t use the breakfast facilities so cannot comment on them. The hotel is perfectly situated...

Small, clean and comfortable. The couple of employees I met were friendly and helpful. The hotel we're doing works on 5 floor, but not seemingly at the weekend. Area is quiet, again it was the weekend so can't connect on weekdays. Very short walk to London eye and houses of parliament. Great location to stay
