Lopesan Costa Bávaro Resort Spa & Casino - All Inclusive

2/10 Terrible

"I was extremely disappointed with all of the hotel services. First of all, the food quality was terrible. Even though the hotel has several restaurants, none of them had good quality food. The staff behavior was also awful — they were inattentive and unprofessional. Many times I had to wait around an hour just for a small order, and in the end, they still didn’t treat guests properly. Overall, the hotel was very dirty everywhere — in the restaurants, on the beach, and throughout the entire property. The cleanliness standards were very poor. They also told us they had given us a nice room with a good view, but that was not true at all. The room had basically no view. Honestly, I’m surprised this hotel is considered a 5-star hotel. It is only large in size but has absolutely no quality. What was even more frustrating was that even getting a simple drink at the hotel took forever, and the staff paid no attention to this issue. Overall, I do not recommend this hotel at all. It was definitely not worth the money."

"I had an amazing stay at the Hard Rock in Punta Cana. The hotel was beautiful, the pools were amazing, and the overall atmosphere made the trip feel relaxing and fun from start to finish. Since it was all-inclusive, having food, drinks, and room service included made everything so convenient. The room service was great, and anytime we needed something cleaned or refreshed, housekeeping was quick and helpful. One thing that really stood out was how friendly and welcoming everyone was. The staff was always kind and willing to help, and many people spoke English which made communication very easy. I also appreciated how the hotel helped with excursions and activities, which made planning things during the trip a lot less stressful. I especially want to thank Yeuris Hernández for being so helpful during our stay. Anytime we had questions or needed assistance, he was professional, kind, and made sure everything went smoothly. Overall, I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone visiting Punta Cana and would love to come back again."
