My friends and I had an amazing time at the resort. We stayed for five nights and enjoyed all the shows as well as the resort’s amenities. The staff were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. I’d like to give a special shout‑out to two team members: Ruth from Guest Services and Antonio from Porter Services. Food was very dissatisfying at the restaurants and the service was terrible. Waiters were not properly trained. Quimera restaurant was the worst. Breakfast buffet was acceptable but all the à la carte restaurants were not good at all.
