Pros 1. Clean Modern rooms/smart tv/chic decor 2. Good food and menu changes often. 3. Clean resort, even with ongoing expansion, everything is kept tidy and clean 4. Trains/buggys are plenty to take you around. 5. Several pool options based on what villa are you in. Cons 1. Check in procedure is extremely slow. A lot of going to the boss's corner for approvals. Avg wait time 30-35 mins per family. If you are fluent in spanish, you will be given a full run down on amenities, area, facilities etc. If habla inglis, then a quick hello and here is a map of the resort, you can take a picture. 2. Check in hall is not air conditioned so be ready for long queues ahead specially after long flights. No welcome drinks either. Water station in the corner. 3. Good food but no labeling whatsover or total incorrect.. You have to ask for item names. For example, you will find beef curry placed under the "bagels" nametag etc. 4. Nightclub on the village is "60 usd" entry per person. Seems like a scam.

Avoid this resort for your health and safety. A week after returning home, my husband, son, and daughter are still recovering from violent vomiting, high fevers, and diarrhea. We had to make two emergency room visits, and my daughter's lab results officially confirmed Salmonella.The resort is a nightmare. Our first room had a foul bathroom odor so bad it was unlivable, and they forced us to pay an extra $630 just to get a usable room. The new room had a cockroach, broken AC, and a total lack of basic amenities like blankets and towels for four people. We needed to ask them many times for blanket for our son and their response was “ we run out of blanket do you want sheets?” The buffet service was completely dysfunctional and staff ignored our table entirely. There was a lot of cross contamination everywhere in the buffet, which explains how the bacteria spread. The ONLY good thing about this trip was Expedia's customer service. They were extremely excellent, stepped in immediately when we needed them and successfully got our money back. Expedia gets 5 stars, but this resort is a severe health hazard. Don’t get fooled by the luxury advertising about this hotel/resort.

More Security in the Disco Room there was somebody smoking inside I told the security and he did nothing. The Phone did not work. And theirs a form to fill out for laundry use and I did not have it and I asked for it in front desk and never received it. Something simple other than that it was great.

Went here on our honeymoon and absolutely enjoyed the resort. We went in June and thought it was great value for off season, weather was 85 and sunny every day. The food was overall great, the Mexican and Greek restaurants specifically were great and we also enjoyed M.E.A.T. The swim up bar was wonderful, frozen margaritas w an extra shot were delicious, we would swim up w a $5 bill, tip up front and then hangout for an hour or two. Highly recommend this resort though I don’t think it’s worth the cost in peak season, in June we paid $350 a night and thought it was certainly worth that for how amazing the staff were (largely left us alone though helpful when needed), good drinks, food, and quiet resort!
