I was sad for leaving lol. Service was 20/10!! Yunior at the bar, Julio at room service (he was so sooo good)!!, Carlos at the kaleidoscope buffet, the bartender from Sport bar, Deivid at the lobby who took us to our room, everyone!! We did sun club and the benefits were worth it. We loved our stay, thank you so much to everyone who attended us!!

We felt that the size of the resort was perfect. It had a relaxed vibe, very few line ups, great food options and you can see that they are trying to improve the resort experience for all guests. We were upgraded to the adults only sun club and there were nice perks to being there. The app was great. It would have been nice to know about it before arriving and then we could have checked things out a bit before.
