I have to say that there were some things that we liked about the hotel. We loved the food and how clean the place was. They worked on keeping everything clean, even the pools, which was nice. Now customer service was terrible. I felt most staff didn't know what they were doing with the computers. To check in took us one hour and a half. First, waiting in like and then doing the check-in process. Since day one, we reported that our AC wasn't working in our room, which was never solved even though I went to the main desk every day to tell them about it. Once in the room, the telephone in the room never worked to call the main desk. I tried 0,#,*, and even the number they told me was the number for the main desk, 8012, but nothing worked. I think they need to improve their customer service and train their staff since none of them know what they are doing. Will I go back? I'm not sure.
