She listened to my concerns as why we were not told during the check in process that certain restaurants were closed on Christmas Eve and that reservations were needed. I told her it was our anniversary and we wanted to go to the steak house but it was closed. We decided to go to the buffet after speaking to people who we met there. They have been to the resort for 5 years at the same time and stated the buffet was excellent. They were right. Ines was there when we went to dinner. She wished us a Happy Anniversary and took off. When we go back to our room she had it decorated with balloons, a heart of rose petals on the bed and Mylar balloons saying Happy Anniversary. She went above and beyond to make our night special. She also called the next day to make sure everything was ok. We truly appreciated what she did for us Thank you Ines for all you did. This is our 2nd time at Majestic and we will be back next Christmas. Everyone from the staff was so friendly and always remembered us when we came in the restaurants or buffet.
