I like the courtesy of the staff One of the waiters of the buffet, Angela was very polite and professional to us Breakfast was delicious, room very clean, however the second day there were no small towels placed in the room, staff of the service responded faster to provide an iron to us Thanks The beach was clean and excellent

Amazing customer service from the front desk to the restaurant Stayed there before and will go back. The Manager Victor went out his way to deliver an excellent job. The beaches were beautiful. Everything was clean and maintained. We enjoyed the sports bar to watch a few games. Wendy (online booking) was extremely helpful to us. She arranged our transportation and was just a blessing to us. Amaury in the VIP bar was AWESOME. He was friendly and very attentive. We visited a different resort for a wedding and we all commented that we were so happy to be at Costa Caribe instead. There was entertainment each night as well.

The hotel is a good place to spend some quiet time. There is no loud music, and the food is good and decent for a short stay. Beach is wonderful staff friendly and There are very few activities to do, but it’s a nice place to relax and get some rest. 😄

Everything was great, I just stayed for a night and we have access to everything, night is very fun they have a nice club where you can dance and they did a karaoke which was very fun, rooms very clean and comfortable staff very attentive and always good service definitely stayed here again

The staff are amazing, I have a few names that I will remember for a long time like Floriana, Michal , Katherine , Ana are among the few that made my stay very comfortable . The chocolate group was amazing entertaining the guests every day. Well done folks ? Not to forget to mention that the program for the children was so well bought of. This is truly a kid-friendly environment . The food was plenty but the quality can be better improved .
