Very clean. Our sink was plugged the one day but they came up within 15 minutes and fixed it and apologized multiple times. The concierge called multiple times to make sure we were ok and if we needed anything. They even decorated our room for our daughter's birthday. All staff are very very friendly. Food was great . Pools are amazing. Kids club was great for the kids. Shows were unbelievable!!!! Huge shout out to Bernice the concierge. She was fabulous and professional. And it does not matter if your a are privilege or not you get the same treatment. We will be back . The best stay we've ever had. All the staff made us feel like royalty !!!!"
