"I had an AMAZING time at the Royalton Splash Riviera. My sister and I started the week out celebrating my birthday, and ended the week celebrating the wedding of our friends. The staff were EXCEPTIONAL at every location. From walking out of the van from the airport, to check in, room service, each restaurant and event space, group activities, etc. The BEST experience for our first all-inclusive resort. Will be returning to this location and visiting more in the near future. "

"The service in this resort is exceptional. The staff are very nice and super friendly. The rooms are typical Hacienda style, spacious and beautiful. The resort has limited dining options but the food is great. The pool area services are great. They have good entertainment for kids and few for adults. If you are looking for a quiet relaxing resort this place is for you. The beach however is not the typical Cancun beach and there are a lot of seaweed and sometimes the smell can be too much. We personally like to stay at the hotel zone area. This resort was la bit boring for us. "

"The property is beautiful, it’s all inclusive but everything is a la carte (no buffet) which was a great thing. The suite I stayed was great and very spacious and with an ocean view. When I arrived the was a bottled wine, mini bar fully stocked and every night they brought in a little treat with a side note about the history behind it. Their staff was very friendly and always willing to assist with a genuine smile on their face. These is a place more to unwind and relax (no a party atmosphere) "
