"We had a rented car but you can come to stay here by bus. It provides free transport to Lanzarote airport. The breakfast was excellent with chosable eggs, and excellent cold meat selections. One of the best possible o/night or longer stays near the airport."

"Superb escape for some Easter sun. The only negative is they need to enforce the 1 hour sunbed reservation rule. Too many people take advantage and turn it into a towels-on-sunbed race in the morning, which really spoils the whole experience."

"Absolutely amazing stay at the Finca Isolina! Marco could not do enough for us and his knowledge of the island was brilliant and really interesting. Food was outstanding and the views are out of this world! Can't wait to return later in the year, I think it will be our new yearly treat!"

"From the wonderful entrance - a copy of the church in Teguise complete with Gregorian chants and incense to the beautifully attired room, we were blown away by this hotel, simply couldn’t fault it! Delicious food with ample choice, friendly staff, perfect location and 2 large swimming pools in a superb setting, we could not have been happier! I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Hotel Livvo Volcán and sincerely hope to repeat the experience!"

"Villa Vik was a great place for a peaceful holiday with excellent accommodation, food and staff. Swimming in the pool was a real pleasure. Our only reservation was that there were too few staff on duty; often it appeared that just one person had to set tables, staff reception and serve drinks at the bar / pool. They did so cheerfully and helpfully but were stretched."

"We chose this hotel in Lanzarote because of our great experience in Tenerife El Mirador. The first impression when we arrived at the hotel was that we know this is not 5 stars, well we can compare all 5 stars in that level as we've travelled to more than 100 countries, some of the 4 stars can be 5 stars but this one is just 4 stars for me. "It was a good family hotel, could do with other restaurants on site, 7 nights is more than enough and you probably want to eat out as the buffet can get very tired and their Italian restaurant on site can be difficult to book with having to be book 2 days in advance. There's adult only sections but naturally are close to children areas so felt bad as no doubt they heard many screaming kids. The rooms were clean enough though expect dirty feet by the end of it, highly recommend the Merlin rooms...

"Liked the location it was quite, 10 min walk to the Marina that had really nice restaurants and bars,15-20 drive to airport and 15 mins by taxi to the nearest town/strip. Did not like that the pools weren't heated so could not use them, during our stay it was slightly windy therefore felt cold siting by the pools. Did not like that you had to pay to use the spa facilities to be honest it was not worth it. "
