The town of Mahón also sits a short drive from Albufera Natural Park d'Es Grau, which comprises wetlands and traditional farms.

Head to an elevated area such as Ciutadella de Menorca for spectacular views. While there, you can take the time to explore the medieval old town with its wonderful centuries-old buildings, including the Convent of Santa Clara, the impressive historic church and the Socors Cathedral.
Can You Smoke in Menorca Hotels?
Spanish law strictly prohibits smoking in all enclosed spaces. This means hotels in Menorca can’t allow you to smoke in your room or elsewhere indoors, including bars and clubs. However, smoking on balconies, terraces and in most outdoor spaces is still permitted, and your hotel is likely to have a designated area for smokers.
