Not a 5* and not up to the standard of a ‘Grand Hyatt’. In fact one of my friends had stayed here before when it was called ‘Dreams’ and nothing has changed with the property. The food was average at best, the was a cafe with rude staff who were impatient. The best thing about this hotel was the Appletiser available as all inclusive!

Another gorgeous week at the hotel - rooms again were spotless, staff always helpful and the Horizon Club pool fabulous. Location is perfect with so many choices of restaurants within 5-10 mins walk. Breakfast spot on with a great choice of food - nice to have a freshly made crepe each morning!!! The only thing I would ask is that the restaurants cater better for vegetarians - the only night we ate at the hotel (we generally like to eat out) the only option was a veggie burger but it was one made of vegetables like our kids got at school not a veggie Pattie.

It’s not 5 star accommodation. We stayed in the master suite and found cockroaches in our room on 3 days during the week. I wouldn’t recommend if you have a food allergy- husband had a lot of difficulty people understanding a dairy intolerance, and was served incorrect food nearly every night we ate in the restaurants. Restaurants as a whole are very sub par- in particular the Asian was abysmal. Ordered a pad Thai and served packet noodles with a teriyaki sauce. Buffet was ok- but again if you have an allergy there seemed to be a lot of cross contamination by people.

We loved the relaxed feel Of the hotel and our little Boy really enjoyed and mini discos and meeting other children. Please please please heat the children’s pool as you would get a lot more children in there if you did. We found ourselves going in the smaller pool in the main area as that was the only one heated

The resort and hotel were beautiful and well located next to the beach. The breakfast was fantastic, lots of choice. The staff were very helpful and the room was clean and had everything we needed.

On arrival check in was quick and easy, luggage was taken to our room and help given by the porter. The room was very clean and had everything you needed, our view was of the carpark but if you looked past that there was the sea, we hadn't paid for a sea view so not so bad. The breakfast was great, plenty of choice, pool bar was busy at times but soon cleared, lunch we used the main dining area which was really great with something for everyone! For dinner we used the speciality restaurants which we really enjoyed. The pool was warm! First holiday I can honestly say I loved the pool! The animation team were nice but we didn't see a itinerary which was a shame. Overall this is a fantastic place to stay, maybe putting some details in the rooms on restaurants, snack bars, entertainment and spa would have been and improvement but apart from that overall a smashing place.

Lovely hotel not sure if it’s 5 star. We had half board in a Preferred room which included the use of the spa for an hour which was good. The food at the buffet was nice but only lukewarm even when it just replenished. There were plenty of sun loungers and pool towels. Some of the garden areas could be better maintained. The location was great, a short walk to the marina and beside a beautiful beach .

A very nice hotel, perfect for all ages. Location is great. Swimming pools are great. Lots of room in hotel, centainly didn’t feel busy. Breakfast was brilliant, plenty of selection and well presented. Beds and pillows very very good. Preferred amenities were excellent. Price for Alchohol was reasonable, but not as cheap as local bars/reataurants. Peaceful in the day and evening.
