All communal areas great, child friendly. Staff lovely. Pools extremely cold.

Fantastic hotel, which although large, never feels overcrowded. Lovely pools which are shallow enough that everyone can stand up, even children. Restaurants and bars are excellent.

Friendly atmosphere, good choice of food and drink, great service from all staff.

The floor in the bathroom was parcially slanted away from the drain. Thus it flooded after the shower. Your feet gets wet when u use the toilets. Also water sitting by the loo stinks the room as there was no other vent. The dishes and folks we dirty with bits stuck on them.

When we arrived at the hotel and checked in, we located our room and were disappointed, as the room was in a different wing of the hotel which was unlike the plush reception area.
