Good location, clean, great staff.

The property was beautiful. It was easy to maneuver if you need some assistance. They did a great job making it feel that it was in a place on its own, even thought it was walking distance to everything. The breakfast was amazing, with the buffet being well spread out and/ or you can order off the à la cart menu… or both. The resturant(s) at the hotel had a great selection and we enjoyed the meals that we had. I would recommend the reservation at the time of check in for the tasting menu. We had not and missed the experience. Note: the water you need to pay for, a suggestion is to go down to the supermarket and pick up some bottles, much less expensive. You can also pick up some drinks and put them in the fridge that is available in your room, One of the downfalls is the pool. It was only about 3 to 4 feet deep and you cannot swim a length as it was small and during our stay it was extremely hot and would enjoyed to be in the pool a little longer, however the pool was quite busy and hard to maneuver around the people. Overall great stay.

We had a wonderful three day stay here! Our room was spotless and had beautiful tiling in the bathroom and on the balcony. The two pools are gorgeous, always plenty of sun loungers available (and they will get more out for you if you need). Enjoyed 7.50 cocktails at the pool bar! Breakfast was great, big selection of delicious pastries, hot items etc and a station cooking omelettes and pancakes. Dinner was also good, again there is a station cooking steaks, pork chops, fish etc to order and dinner has a different theme each night of the week. 10 min walk to the beach (would recommend Playa del Jablilo over Curachas as it's nicer for swimming) and lots of bars and restaurants nearby for drinks and lunch. Would 100% stay again.

This is our third year back to Jardines del Sol. We had an excellent stay. Pool area and accommodation are lovely and clean. The gardens are well maintained. Everyone on site is so friendly and helpful. Big shout out to Baily and the team at Baily’s bar. Excellent for lunch and dinner

On arrival at the hotel, we were given a room at the Flora 2, the complex just across the road from the main part of the hotel, with all ground floor apartments. Entry was via the patio door, which was quite rickety and awkward to unlock and lock. That became a serious problem a couple of nights in, someone managed to get in the room while we were sleeping and stole my daughter's shoes, 2 power banks and our bags. Luckily our money and passports were in the bedroom safe, and they missed the car keys on the side. I reported this to reception, but I'm not sure what they did to look into it. Another family had the same happen on the same night. We did get our room moved to the main complex, with a proper door. This room was much nicer, without a kitchenette that the previous one had, and was higher up, with a proper balcony and a view over the sea, with decent AC. The food was pretty good, all buffet style, and the drinks are reasonably priced. Parking is hit or miss on street but free.
