This was meant to be vip booking but the hotel staff didn’t acknowledge that and didn’t wNt to give the wine, upgrade and late check out and we had to complain and contact Expedia to get this sorted which resulted in a mini bottle of wine, no upgrade and a free late checkout after multiple discussions with the manager. Our room was above the restaurant - couldn’t keep the balcony door open due to the food smell. The water and tea and coffee in the room is only given on first day and not refreshed - the staff confirmed it was only given once which is the first I’m seeing this in a 4 star hotel - we even had to give a €15 deposit for each beach towel - not really great service. It’s a shame as location is good, food is good , multiple pools and rooms are nice and spacious… but customer service isn’t great!
